Search and filter

Open the filter panel with “Filter” in the header (f). Conditions can be combined.

Search by keyword

Type in the search field to search across tags, authors, AutoTags, and more.

Filter by tags and authors

• Tags — Type and press Enter to add as a condition
• Authors — Search and pick from the suggestions

Filter by Favorites and Likes

Toggle Favorites only / not Favorites, and Liked / not Liked.

Filter by media category and media type

• Media Category — Images, Books, Videos. The kind of work
• Media Type — Image, Video, Multiple Images. The shape of the data

You can also open lists by category from the sidebar (Images / Books / Videos). For the difference between the two, see Appendix.

Find by color (Color Filter)

Narrow down by an image’s dominant colors.

1. Pick a color (you can also set a custom color)
2. Adjust the color range with “Tolerance”
3. Results are ordered by match

Change the sort order

Choose from Recommended, Date Added, Name, Most Liked, and Recently Updated. You can also switch between ascending and descending.

Save conditions (Smart Collection)

1. Build the conditions in the filter panel
2. Press “Create” and give it a name

This becomes a Smart Collection that automatically gathers matching stacks.
